Earth Day is April 22!

I was so inspired by Stephanie Lynn's creations for Earth Day at her blog Under the Table and Dreaming!  I am planning to use my Wilton Sports Ball pan and make her world cake!  How easy is that?!  I loved her rice krispie pops too!  So creative!  Sometimes I just can't seem to think outside the box!  The only idea I had come up with for Earth Day was a round cake pan shaped cake frosted blue with green continents cut out of fondant; not a bad idea, but much harder!
